Terms of Service for FlightStages

By downloading or using the FlightStages mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Description of Service
FlightStages provides users with flight tracking information sourced from third-party providers (Flightradar24). The app is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.
2. Information Accuracy & Disclaimers
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive to provide real-time data, flight information is subject to rapid change. FlightStages does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the flight data provided.
- Not for Travel Decisions: You should always verify flight status, gate changes, and departure times with the official information provided by your airline or the airport.
- Assumption of Risk: You agree that any reliance on the information provided by FlightStages is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any missed flights, travel delays, or financial losses resulting from the use of the app.
3. Service Availability
We host our API services via Render and source data from Flightradar24. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the service (or parts of it) at any time without notice for maintenance or updates.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Use the app for any illegal purposes or to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the app.
- "Scrape" or systematically collect data from the app for use in other services.
5. Intellectual Property
All design, branding, and code related to FlightStages are the exclusive property of the app developers. You may not copy or modify any part of the app or our trademarks.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightStages and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of time, loss of data, or travel expenses incurred as a result of using the application.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada within the province of Ontario, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
